Which plan should my masjid start on?

Most masjids start on the Free plan to test the platform — no card required. If you need full signage features (multi-TV, custom logo, slideshow, more content types), upgrade to Professional. If you also want a phone app for congregants, go to Premium. If you need our full donation platform, pick Ultimate.

Can I change plans later?

Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. No penalties, no contracts. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.

How does the 15-day free trial work?

Every paid plan (Professional, Premium, Ultimate) starts with 15 days free. You can explore all the features of that plan without being charged. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be billed.

What's the difference between monthly and yearly billing?

Yearly billing saves you up to 20% compared to paying month-to-month. You pay upfront for the year and get the discounted rate.

Does Masjidal take a commission on donations?

No. Masjidal charges 0% commission on donations — every cent goes to your masjid. You'll only pay standard payment processing fees, which are collected by Stripe (and can be discounted for verified nonprofits).

Do I need to buy hardware separately?

The subscription covers the software only. For Al-Iqamah signage, you'll need a signage player device for each TV. Donation kiosks (Ultimate plan) also require hardware. Contact us for hardware recommendations and bundles.

Can additional team members access the dashboard?

Yes, on the Premium and Ultimate plans. Invite other admins, imams, or committee members with full or limited access — no extra cost per user.

What happens if I cancel?

Your subscription runs until the end of your current billing period, then stops. Your masjid automatically moves back to the Free plan — your listing stays, your prayer times stay, your data isn't deleted.
